Whenever a new booking is made, an email notification will be sent to eligible suppliers who can provide the class of service in the destination.
UPDATE: The ability to view and accept jobs is now available through the Trransfer Driver mobile app. Read instructions below.

For Fleet Owners or Managers - Accepting Jobs in the Web Application
To view and accept the new booking, login to app.trransfer.com and go to Job Browser, then Open Jobs. You can also click on the link in the email notification which will bring you directly to the Open Jobs page upon login. Here, you can view high-level information such as the requested pick-up and drop-off date, time and location.
View details of the job. Hover over the booking row and click on Details to see information of the request, such as pick-up time, passenger details, any ancillary items and additional notes by the customer.
Accept the job. If you are available, click on Accept Job. The booking will no longer be available to other suppliers in the Trransfer Marketplace and will move to the Provider Assigned section of the Job Browser.
NEXT STEP: Next, you need to assign a vehicle and driver to your accepted job.
For Individual Operators - Accepting Jobs in the Trransfer Driver mobile app
To view and accept the new booking, login to the Trransfer Driver mobile app and go to Manage Jobs tab at the bottom. Here, you can view high-level information such as the requested pick-up and drop-off date, time and location. If you allow notifications from the app, you can also click on the notification titled 'A new job is available!' which will bring you directly to the Open Jobs section.
NOTE: It is strongly recommended that you enable or allow notifications from the Trransfer Driver mobile app so you do not miss any incoming open jobs. Click on links for instructions on how to enable notifications for iOS and Android.
View details of the job. Scroll through the list of jobs and click on Details to see information of the request, such as pick-up time, passenger details, any ancillary items and additional notes by the customer.
Accept the job. If you are available, click on Accept Job. The booking will no longer be available to other suppliers in the Trransfer Marketplace and will move to the To-do List in the Driver mobile app. As an Individual Operator, your vehicle and driver details are automatically dispatched by the system as soon as you accept the job.
View To-do List. The To-do List is the 2nd tab at the bottom navigation bar of the mobile app. This section displays your accepted jobs for the day, the next and following days for easy reference and scheduling. All accepted jobs will move to the To-do List section. To see jobs from other dates in the past or future, click on the 2 bar icon at top right corner, Select Date, then pick a date range and click Save. You will see a summary of your total number of jobs for the selected dates, and details of those jobs can be expanded and viewed.
