Subscribe to Service Types and Zones

Before you can view new jobs and accept them, you have to first subscribe to the service types and zones you support.

Verify your vehicle class type. See our service types and check the eligibility of your vehicle or fleet here.

NOTE: There are 2 types of tariffs, Within Zone and Zone to Zone, that you should review and subscribe to. Our tariffs are categorised for transfer services within the same zone (this can be a suburb, province or city depending on the country you are in) or for zone-to-zone (including airport pick-ups and drop-offs).

Subscribe in the web application as a Fleet Owner or Manager

1. In the left-hand navigation bar, go to Operator Tariffs, then Transfer.
2. Select the applicable vehicle class(es).
3. Subscribe to applicable zones in both Within Zone and Zone to Zone sections.

Subscribe in the Driver mobile app as an Individual Operator

1. Go to the Profile tab (last tab at bottom)
2. Click on Manage Service Subscription.
3. Select the applicable vehicle class(es).
4. Enable the applicable zones you serve in both Within Zone and Zone to Zone tabs.

NOTE: When you qualify for a new job request in the Trransfer Marketplace, you will receive an email notification and be able to view details in 'Open Jobs' and accept job.
