Edit General Details
To edit general details such as Booker or Passenger contact information, flight number or notes to the driver, use the 'Edit Passenger Info' feature.
Locate your reservation by going to the left hand menu: Reporting > Customer Transactions, then search by reservation number.
Click on the reservation number to go to the Booking Summary. To make changes, click on the ellipsis next to the Payment Submitted button and click on 'Edit Passenger Info'.
Select if you wish to send an email notification about the changes made to the booker and passenger.
NOTE: Once the pick-up time starts, you will not be able to make any changes to the information.
Amend Reservation
IMPORTANT: Amendment fees may apply for changes to reservations. Please check your booking terms and conditions before you proceed, or contact Trransfer Support at support@trransfer.com for further assistance.
Change of travel plans? No problem! Amend your transfer reservation effortlessly in the system through a few clicks.
Locate your reservation by going to the left hand menu: Reporting > Customer Transactions, then search by reservation number.
Click on the reservation number to go to the Booking Summary. To make changes, click on the ellipsis next to the Payment Submitted button and click on 'Amend Booking'. You can change the pick-up or drop-off locations, date and time, provided that the new amended date/time is at least 48 hours in the future.
Select if you wish to send an email notification about the amendments made to the booker and passenger.
If the change to the booking results in a price difference, you will need to submit payment for the difference before the amended booking is confirmed. Unpaid amendments are not confirmed. There will be no refunds if the new price is lower than what was originally paid.
NOTE: You will not be able to amend your reservation in the system if the trip starts in less than 24 hours. Urgent changes that are requested less than 24 hours are subject to availability and additional costs may be incurred. For urgent changes, please email, call or chat with our Trransfer Support team.
Cancel Reservation
IMPORTANT: Full cancellation fees apply if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours or less. Please refer to your booking terms and conditions for details.
Sometimes, there may be unexpected scenarios that will require you to cancel your transfer reservation.
Locate your reservation by going to the left hand menu: Reporting > Customer Transactions, then search by reservation number.
To cancel, simply click on the 'Cancel' button above the green payment button and confirm again at the next page.
View Reservation History
Every reservation has an activity log and you can see the changes that were made, with accompanying time stamp and user that made the changes. This can be helpful for your Operations or Customer Support teams in tracking historical information and change requests by your customers.
