NOTE: The instructional videos below apply to bookings made within app.trransfer.com. If you are booking via a different website, the UX may look slightly different.

Airport or Point-to-Point Transfers
For Corporate Bookers, once you log into app.trransfer.com, you will land on the New Reservation page. If you have navigated elsewhere, simply click on the Trransfer logo at the top left corner to return to the New Reservation page.
Step 1: Enter your transfer details, such as pick-up location, pick-up date and time, and destination. Click on the 'Find Transportation' button to see available options.
NOTE: For airport arrivals, please enter the scheduled flight arrival time. Our drivers will check the actual flight landing time and be on time to meet you for your pick-up.
Step 2: Review prices and vehicle options, then select your preferred vehicle.
TIP: Use the 'Customer Notes' section to enter your internal reference number, project/event name or notes that the Trransfer Operations team should be aware of when we manage your reservation.
Click on the +Extras if you require ancillary items such as a child safety seat, or an extra stop request.
Once the form is completed, click on the 'Proceed to Payment' button.
Step 4: At this point, the reservation is tentatively placed. To confirm your reservation, submit payment by clicking on the 'Pay Now' button.
Hourly Booking
Need to book a chauffeured service as-directed for a few hours? Toggle the service to 'Hourly' at the top of the search widget then enter the request details.
The reservation process is similar to the process detailed above for booking a transfer.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Hourly bookings may incur night and/or holiday surcharges which are currently not included in the total price during the search/quote/book process. For affected reservations, the Trransfer Support team will reach out to you to confirm before proceeding with the booking.
